General Description
On a hill, you gaze over a clear blue sea. To your left and slightly below, a pastel colored church rises above a village nestled among the trees. In the distance, you hear the soft peal of its gracious campanile. Beneath the house, a series of about 80 stone steps lead down to a pool, open from June 15th to September 15th, which is shared with fellow residents. Along the way, you pass through an ocean of olive trees, whose silver leaves sparkle in the sun.

Cipria di Sole is a non-smoking unit that offers incredible sea views, bright, spacious, modern interiors, a furnished outdoor area, a washing machine, three full bathrooms, deeded access to the tennis court and a Wi-Fi Internet connection for laptops at no charge. The queen bedroom is by far the largest and overlooks the sea. The other bedroom and the study do not have a view. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed. Meals and maid service may be arranged when booking.

Charming Camogli with a pebbly beach, restaurants and a few shops is a scenic five minute drive away; Santa Margherita or Recco: 10; Portofino: 15; Rapallo: 20; Genova: 45; Cinque Terre: 60 and Lucca: 90. Milan, Florence or Monte Carlo are all within a two and a half hour drive. Cipria di Sole is in one of the most strategic locations for exploring the Riviera.

From the parking area, the entrance is down 5 steps.

Ground floor: Entrance into a large living/dining room with sea view balcony. Kitchen area with stove top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and sea view balcony. Study with sofabed opening to a bedroom with two built in single beds and an exterior door. One bathroom with shower. Smaller living room with CD player, hideaway kitchen with two burner stove top, sink, fridge and doors to a furnished, garden patio. One bedroom with a queen size bed. Two bathrooms each with tub and hand shower.
